Our proprietary manufacturing facility and warehouse in India enable rigorous quality control and the production of exclusive, hand-finished collections. Complementing this, our Melbourne warehouses ensure prompt and reliable delivery across Australia.
For our exclusive rug collections, we coordinate weekly air cargo shipments directly from India. Once booked on a direct flight, consignments typically arrive in Australia within 2–4 days, with customs clearance completed by our agents within 24–48 hours. This streamlined supply chain allows us to maintain availability while minimising lead times.
